First, take good care of each other.” That isn’t just something we say, it’s what we do.
It’s how we work with each other, our clients, our partners and within our communities. It’s how we view success. We believe growth in our people and our business results are equally important.
And there’s something else you’ll hear us use a lot: “unleashing human potential.” It means we strive to help others feel joy and fulfillment both at work and through our work. It’s why we hire (and keep!) great people.
Our goal? To create an environment where everyone’s voice is heard and valued. Where we celebrate multiple points of view. And we evolve with our people, listening to and acting on what they need to be successful.
We are always looking for new ways of driving change, and aim to foster a workplace where there’s equal opportunities and equal rights. Our commitment to inclusion across race, gender, identity, age, religion and experience drives us forward each day.
We want our employees to find their work fulfilling. Work–life balance is never easy, so we’re always looking for ways to help our people refresh and recharge while at the office.
We also want to learn from the experts. We’re proud to partner with people, like whitespace@work founder Juliet Funt, neuroscientist Paul Zak, experience expert Jim Gilmore — just to name a few. They challenge us to discover new ways to find fulfillment, happiness and growth through work. And who can argue with that?
Helping people unleash their full potential doesn’t just include our employees. Two of the many causes we're passionate about are sustainability and the fight against human trafficking.
We are committed to sustainability in every aspect of our business and work deliberately to lessen the impact our industry has on our planet and positively influence humanity. In alignment with the United Nations, we have adopted the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as our guide in how we view our company practices and provide resources for our people, clients and partner communities.
Additionally, we strive to obtain ISO certification and audit ourselves toward the UN Sustainability Goals.
We’re also doing what we can to fight human trafficking. No matter where we live or travel, it’s happening all around us. Our industry can (and should) play a role in ending this. That’s why IM 体育 Global Events was one of the first meetings and events companies to sign ECPAT–USA’s Tourism Child–Protection Code of Conduct (The Code) .
That includes educating industry professionals (they’re the ones traveling the world each day) on the signs of human trafficking to identify and help victims.
Take the first step — Know the signs.
Join the fight. Learn the signs. Report the violation. As responsible travelers, we can help stop child trafficking in its tracks. Find out what to look for and what to do if you suspect trafficking.
You can report suspected trafficking by:
